Poured moulds are made by taking a section of existing work and making a rubber mould of the piece. Then the plaster is poured into the rubber mould and left to set.

Next the piece is removed from the mould and fitted to replace the damaged work. This can be seen with the wall vents and the stair gussets fitted under the step treads using this method. Running moulded cornice and picture rails can be repaired to their original state.
